The holiday season is approaching quickly and it will be here before you know it! Is your business prepared? Are your holiday communications clear and concise? Do your customers know how and when to buy from you to avoid disappointment?

Important information to include in your messaging is as follows: · Specific instructions of how to place an order · Order deadlines – to ensure packages arrive before Christmas · If there is a minimum dollar value to qualify for free shipping OR a minimum order · Is curbside pick-up available? · What is the turnaround time once an order is placed? During this time of year, many craft makers and artisans participate in Christmas markets and craft shows to sell their products. Many of them rely on these opportunities for income and due to the pandemic many of these large scale events will not be available again this year. When buying gifts for family and friends (or even yourself) this holiday season, if you are able, please buy from a small, local business.
